I need to talk about the brownies from this local legend because honestly, they’ve changed me as a person. I used to think I had self‑control. I used to think “just one” was a reasonable sentence. Then these brownies entered my life like a rich, fudgy meteor and wiped out every other dessert in its path.
The crackly top? Perfection. The fudgy centre? Illegal. The smell alone had me hovering around the kitchen like a cartoon character floating toward a pie on a windowsill. My 3‑year‑old tried to steal one, and I swear I turned into Gollum whispering “my precious” before I even realised what was happening.
These brownies are the kind you hide from your family. The kind you pretend are “all gone” while you secretly have a stash in the fridge behind the broccoli. The kind that make you consider messaging ''Hooray Brownies'' at 10pm like, “Hey… got any more of the good stuff?”
If you’re looking for a dessert that delivers maximum joy with minimum dignity, this is it.

Really loved the State of Origin Maroons box I recently purchased last week. The brownies were so fulfilling - and the toppings were also a delight as well! I brought the box to my dinner with friends who loved it! I would definitely order a box again in the future when another occasion occurs.
The only improvement I would ask for is the option to include / not include the card that comes with the box. As I was ordering it for myself, I didn’t need the card but it seemed on the website that the card was not optional. Next time, I would like to see it as an option or not.
However, I would definitely recommend Hooray Brownies and would purchase again! Thank you so much :)
